Hello! My name is Camila Escamilla. I am first generation Salvadoran American from Fairfax, Virginia and I use she/her/her pronouns.
As a therapist, it is important to allow my work to be guided through a culturally competent and collaborative lens that allows for exploration among all intersectionalities, dynamics, and systems within your life, relationships and/or family. My goal is to create and maintain a safe space that promotes healthy processing, exploration and meaning making for your emotions through inner child work.
I specialize in working with teens and adult who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, immigration and cultural issues, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. The focus of our work will be to develop structured support, coping skills and healthy processing.
