Kelcei Kelly

Hi there! I’m Kelcei, a Maryland native that unintentionally stumbled upon the field of Clinical Psychology early on in my adolescence. I began working as a companion with a young boy on the Autism Spectrum which started my path to now being a psychotherapist. I specialize in working with children, youth, and adults with mental, emotional, behavioral and intellectual challenges. I have experience with DMDD, ODD, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar I & II, Substance Abuse and Attachment Disorders. You may be someone who wants to heal trauma, reduce depression and anxiety, gain acceptance from loss and grief, or navigate systemic obstacles. Or you may desire to build self-esteem, assertiveness, desensitize phobias, create healthier habits, or cope with transitions in your job, family or relationship. Either way, I’m happy you’re here!

I offer a non-judgmental space with cultural, religious, and ethnic humility. I am open-minded, honest, and empathetic with my individuals and families, challenging them to meet their potential. I believe in using evidence-based research and strength-based methodologies to address needs. Together we can work to reduce symptoms that interfere with daily functioning and quality of life. I believe that a trusting therapeutic partnership is the foundation to meeting your treatment goals!

I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Psychology from The University of Maryland Baltimore County and my Masters in Social Work from The University of Maryland Baltimore, School of Social Work.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy portrait sketch art, baking, watching any real estate or home improvement show, going for drives, and spending time with my loved ones.

Clinical Degree: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C).
