    Therapist at Bethesda Counseling Services

I am a Texas native, raised by a loud and loving family. I take pride in these roots because they have helped me form a deep passion for helping others understand the impact that their own family roots have on their life and interpersonal relationships. I firmly believe that understanding the impact of these roots can lead to healthier and stronger relationships with ourselves, our partners, and our families.

I work with clients from adolescence to adulthood. I seek to provide a trusting and non-judgemental space for my clients that allows them to express themselves freely and learn more about themselves openly through the process. I will work collaboratively with you to discover or reignite inner strengths to utilize in dealing with life’s stresses and challenged challenges. I see myself as a companion on my clients’ journey towards their goals and will be with you through every step of the way!

In my work with couples, I emphasize empathy as a core part of the therapeutic experience, so you will feel validated by your partner and have the space to learn how to hear and understand your partner better. With couples, I believe in building a strong foundation of friendship and emotional connection.

My favorite things to do when not doing therapy include running, mastering my cooking skills, and going to the movies.
