I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is creating a warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate environment in the therapy room. I recognize that opening up to another person can be hard and overwhelming. Therefore, I believe it is my job to guide you to process your story in a way that feels achievable and comfortable. Taking the first step of reaching out for help can be hard, so congratulate yourself for being here.

I take an eclectic and individualized approach to the therapeutic journey, while using frameworks and techniques derived from modalities such as CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to guide our work. I am also very passionate about the mind-body-soul connection, and believe that fostering a sense of holistic wellness is an important part of healing. I work with adults and adolescents on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, stress, ADHD, and perinatal issues.

I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in family studies. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, doing yoga, going out to eat, hanging out with my friends, and playing with my two cats and puppy.
