Menopause Group
MENOPAUSE s ME: A 6-Week Experiential Support Circle
In-person in Bethesda, MD | September 1 to October 6, 2025, | Weekly on Mondays, 75 minutes from 6pm to 7:15pm.
Menopause is more than a medical milestone — it is a deeply personal, emotional, and often isolating transition. While hot flashes and hormonal shifts get most of the attention, the real weight often lies in the unseen: mood swings, identity confusion, sleep struggles, grief, and the silence that surrounds it all.
In many communities’ menopauses are still spoken about in whispers, if at all. Women are left to navigate this journey alone, with few safe spaces to be honest, raw, seen, and heard.
