I have seen firsthand how mental health challenges a silent battle for many may be, affecting their daily lives in significant ways. This has deepened my commitment to addressing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. I believe therapy provides a unique opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I aim to help clients explore their inner world, understand their behaviors and relationships, and achieve their personal goals.
Working with students facing various learning challenges enabled me to form deep connections with children and their families, while supporting them in achieving their academic and personal goals. This experience emphasized the importance of personalized therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
Additionally, working at an outpatient clinic, provided the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including all ages and backgrounds. These experiences have shown me the critical importance of mental health and its profound impact on everyone, regardless of their stage in life or personal circumstances.
I am bilingual in Farsi and English. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cafe hopping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. These activities keep me grounded and remind me of the simple joys in life, which I strive to help my clients rediscover as well.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey towards positive growth as part of BCS.
