    Telehealth

Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment? Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things Virtually? If so, we can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth. Telehealth allows us to provide counseling and therapy to our clients via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone. Telehealth appointments can be very beneficial…

Finding the Right Therapist for You

We understand there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and the therapist that works well for someone else might not work well for you. For that reason I recommend you use your first appointment with your therapist to ask all the questions that are important for you to know about the therapist. That first session will be an opportunity for you and the therapist to get to know each other and decide if you want to continue working together. We believe that a good connection with your therapist is vital to success so make sure you feel comfortable with them. You can also check out our therapist’s bios so you can learn more about them prior to meeting them. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, parenting, trauma, life transitions or relationship issues you are in the right place. Now let’s find the right therapist for you!

    Let's get started

The first step to begin your process as a client at BCS is by clicking on the “Appointment Request” link below and submitting the form for review. The use of the secure intake form helps us to ensure chart accuracy and greatly expedites the new client process. We ask that you submit no more than one appointment request form in a 30 day period. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your information is received our intake coordinator will contact you via email within 2 business days. After you have been contacted by the Intake Coordinator and given an appointment time, you will receive a link to access your client portal. Within the portal, you may access and complete all intake documents which must be submitted before your first appointment. If you are unable to gain access to the portal, please contact us at [email protected]

Thank you for choosing Bethesda Counseling Services as your provider. We look forward to serving you!
