  • Nina Flores

Hi there, my name is Nina. I believe in the importance of working to FEEL good, not working to feel GOOD. I believe that a meaningful connection to ourselves, mind-body-soul, is essential. Being a human, and handling all that comes with it, is tough but we can do hard things.

I specialize in grief, life transitions—identity exploration, career changes, entering or graduating from college, relationships, or friendships, and trauma. I also have experience working with anxiety and depression. When it comes to therapeutic work, I prioritize understanding you, what is essential to who you are and would like to become. I believe that each of us is unique and that our experiences and the ways that we identify have an impact on how we see and move through the world. That being said, my approach is eclectic, meaning I take aspects from various modalities to tailor treatment to fit you.

The decision to start therapy is an incredibly personal and meaningful one, take a moment to thank yourself for doing this hard thing. The work we do is challenging, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for all of my clients.

Outside of being a therapist, I am an avid reader, a yogi, a fashion lover, and a tea drinker.
